Disappear for 90-Days and Come Back Unrecognizable

The best thing you can do if you truly want to change your life is disappear for 90 days, go all in on your goals, and come back unrecognizable.

Over the years, I've realized that most people stay stuck or fall off track because their focus is scattered. They have too many vague objectives and no real plan to accomplish them. In other words, they stay busy, but they’re not actually moving forward.

So, in this article, I’m going to break down my 90-Day Assault Method.

This is the exact system I use to accomplish more in three months than most people do all year. It’s how I went from being a drunk touring musician to building a seven-figure brand, while raising my daughter, and getting into the best shape of my life.

The Shift From Chaos To Clarity

I stumbled upon the 90-Day Assault Method after years of trial and error.

For the longest time, I thought the only way to get big results was by doing as much work as humanly possible. I would overload my plate with tasks and hope for the best. Like clockwork, every three months, I would find myself completely burned out. Then I’d have to spend days, weeks, and sometimes months trying to recover.

Eventually, I took a step back to see if there was a better way to accomplish my goals. Effort clearly wasn’t the issue, but there was a missing piece of the puzzle I needed to find. Without it, I would just continue repeating the same endless cycle while barely make any progress.

Then one day it hit me. I didn’t have any clarity or an actual plan of attack. I knew what I wanted to achieve but had no real strategy to do it. I was under the illusion that hard work alone would do the trick.

This is a dangerous belief because I ended up wasting a lot of time on busywork that made me feel productive but wasn't actually advancing my life in any meaningful way.

Everything changed when I finally understood this. I became ruthless about my focus and made sure I was executing the right tasks, instead of just any tasks.

The first place I applied it was in my business.

Years of trying to do everything under the sun with my company, Norse Fitness, resulted in us having way too many different products. Within five years, I was selling knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, three different wrist wraps, knee wraps, two different lifting straps, five different supplements, every piece of clothing you can imagine, and I had also opened a gym.

Now, all of that sounds impressive from the outside looking in, but it was an absolute dumpster fire. I had no idea which products to actually push. It felt like we were drowning in options. That’s when I developed the 90-Day Assault strategy.

For 90 days, we were only allowed to focus on ONE product. Social media, marketing, content—everything was centered around pushing a single item. The results were mind-blowing. All of our metrics shot through the roof.

So getting absolute tunnel vision on one product for 90 days was a massive business win. But I wondered if it would work for others aspects of my life as well. The answer was YES and better than I could possibly imagine.

Why Scattered Effort Kills Momentum

The reason this method works so well in every aspect of life is because it solves the biggest problem: lack of focused direction.

Right now, your energy is scattered in every possible direction, and it’s not allowing anything to compound. You’re chasing too many things at once, and it’s preventing you from building any real momentum. This scattered approach is what’s causing you to feel overwhelmed.

It doesn’t matter if it’s business, fitness, or learning a new skill. There are always going to be endless paths you can take to accomplish your objective. The real obstacle is choosing which direction to commit to. You can’t take them all, and yet that’s exactly what most people try to do. Everyone thinks they can do as much as possible and eventually reach their destination. I’m sure you’re starting to realize that’s not a realistic approach.

All it does is make you feel lost and eventually burned out. You waste time sprinting down every path and never actually get anywhere as a result. It’s a complete waste of effort that keeps you from ever reaching the endpoint. You’re constantly restarting and never seeing anything through.

The entrepreneur does this by trying to sell a hundred different products.

The fitness enthusiast does it by jumping from diet to diet and never sticking to a real training program.

The jiu-jitsu practitioner never masters a takedown, guard pass, or submission because he’s trying to learn them all at once.

You see, it doesn’t matter what your pursuit is. The only way to achieve victory is by getting absolute tunnel vision. You have to go full blitzkrieg in one clear direction. That’s what allows you to transform your identity and finally accomplish your goals.

This Is When You Become Unstoppable

Everything becomes easier and far more effective when you focus on one objective and a few high-leverage actions for 90 days.

Your progress will compound faster than you can imagine, and you’ll become unrecognizable. You’ll stop wasting energy on things that don’t matter and direct all of your attention to what’s going to make the biggest impact.

Anxiety begins to fade because the path is clear and you’re taking appropriate action. What most people don’t realize is that anxiousness is often caused by inaction or by not doing the right thing. Once this subsides, you’ll notice an increase in confidence that you can use to eliminate everything in your way. All self-doubt will be stripped away and replaced with certainty.

Burnout, which is often the biggest culprit that knocks people off course, is no longer an issue because you have less weight on your shoulders and a solid plan that gives you energy. Every step propels you forward as momentum becomes your primary fuel source. The elimination of tasks that were never important stops dragging you down.

It will feel as if your soul is on fire because you’re living in alignment with who you were meant to become. The evolution of your being fills you with unstoppable power as you transform into a force of nature. That inner flame grows stronger with each passing day as you continue your ascent upward.

At this point, it’s not a question of if you will accomplish your goals, but only when it will take place. Now, let’s develop your plan of attack so you can get started.

The System That Turns Goals Into Reality

1. Choose the One Goal That Changes Everything

The first step to the 90-day assault is deciding on ONE long-term goal that you want to achieve.

This can’t be some superficial, shallow desire. It needs to be the solution to the main problem you are currently facing. It’s the obstacle standing in the way of the life you want to live.

This is why we set goals in the first place. We have a vision of what we want our life to look like, and achieving this specific objective is what will make it a reality.

Now, this is what most people miss...

You will never be able to create your ideal future without first changing your identity. The process of achieving the goal is what allows you to become the person who can actually accomplish the objective. You will never be able to declare victory until this transformation takes place.

This applies to EVERY endeavor, no matter what. Whether it’s losing weight, starting a business, making more money, or finding a partner, it doesn’t matter. None of these will happen without first changing your habits, which shape your identity, and your identity is what creates your life. You'll never obtain success without first becoming the person who can grab it.

I’m breaking this down for you because it must be understood in order to decide on a real goal that will give you the results you want. This is by far the most important piece of the puzzle.

So, ask yourself these questions:

What do I want my ideal life to look like?

What is the one thing holding me back the most?

Who do I need to become to eliminate the obstacle and make this vision a reality?

Really take some time to think these through before making your final decision. Your answers will become your WHY, which is the fuel that will keep you moving forward and dialed in during the assaults.

2. Break That Goal Into 90-Day Assaults

Next, we need to break this larger goal down into 90-day targets.

Trying to take on the entire endeavor at once is a failing plan. This is what leads to overwhelm and eventually giving up. Thinking about the endpoint and everything you need to do to get there is a surefire way to send your brain into panic mode.

It's almost like running a marathon or climbing a mountain. The most effective approach is to take it one step at a time and focus only on reaching the first checkpoint, then the next, and the next, until you eventually reach the finish line. This is exactly how you should approach any large goal you set for yourself.

So, take out a piece of paper and start developing your strategy.

Write down the main goal you want to accomplish within the next 12 months.

Now split that into four separate 90-day assaults, and decide on the first milestone—the first checkpoint—you need to hit.

For example, let’s say you want to lose 50 pounds within the next 12 months.

Instead of trying to focus on losing the full 50 pounds at once, set micro-goals to lose 12 pounds every 90 days.

Suddenly, the end result goes from overwhelming to completely doable just by breaking it down.

3. Identify 3–5 Daily Actions That Guarantee Progress

Your next action step is to identify the 3–5 daily actions that will allow you to reach your first milestone.

These are the habits you perform every day that will ensure your final victory.

This might sound easy at first glance, but it’s just as important as the previous steps.

The downside of having access to endless information is that we also have endless options. Just type “how to lose 50 pounds” into Google and you’ll find thousands of different methods (most of them complete garbage). This information overload is what leads to paralysis by analysis, where nothing ends up getting done. So, you have to use your best judgment to decide which actions will give you the best return.

To really save time and guarantee the best results, I’d recommend asking for advice from someone who has real experience with this kind of undertaking.

For the weight loss example, your 3–5 daily actions might look like this:

- Workout

- Hit 10,000+ steps

- Sleep 7+ hours

- Track calories to ensure you're in a deficit

Do this for 90 days and you’re almost guaranteed to hit your target.

As you can see, it’s not overly complicated. If anything, it’s pretty damn boring, which is almost always the case with any worthwhile goal. The hardest part of the pursuit is staying consistent, which is why we need to remove distractions.

4. Eliminate Distractions That Drain Your Focus

When I say eliminate everything and disappear for three months, I’m not implying you should go live like a hermit in the mountains (even though that does sound appealing). I’m simply saying you need to take inventory of your environment.

We are constantly surrounded by external influences that do not serve our higher purpose. Over time, these factors accumulate until we are practically suffocating in distractions. To accomplish your objective, you must remove the deterrents that rob you of your attention and energy.

You are going to have to say NO to everything that is not moving you forward. That won’t be easy, because most of these things are habits you’ve developed over the years, but it’s absolutely crucial for success.

This might mean turning down social gatherings. Deleting social media. Unplugging the TV. Cutting out alcohol and recreational drugs. Anything that has the potential to pull you away from your mission.

Now, this might sound extreme, but it’s called an assault for a reason. You are waging war until the conquest is complete. If you aren’t willing to cut out some bullshit to accomplish your objectives, you have to ask yourself if you really want it in the first place.

5. Have a Routine That Recharges Your Energy

The only way you will be able to maintain constant forward momentum is with a system that helps replenish your energy reserves. In the beginning, you’ll be fired up and fueled by motivation, which is great. The issue is that motivation burns away quickly.

You need a routine that keeps you grounded and allows you to recharge on a daily basis. Otherwise, you risk burning out and falling off track.

This routine needs to give you energy, not take it away. Over the years, I’ve experimented and finally narrowed it down to five key actions that have become part of my daily routine. They don’t take much time, but they are by far some of the best tools in my arsenal.

I put together a simple 30-day Energy Reclaim Challenge to help you build these habits for yourself.

You can start it now or even include it as part of your assault. This is what allows me to stay on the attack and avoid having to take time off to recover from running myself into the ground.

Here’s How to Put It All Together

Now, let’s step back and look at the entire system as one cohesive plan.

A successful 90-day assault is built on clarity, structure, and disciplined action.

- Choose a single, meaningful long-term goal

- Break it down into four 90-day assaults

- Identify 3–5 actions that drive daily progress

- Eliminate anything that distracts you

- Build a system that supports your energy

- Apply these steps with consistency and your focus will become sharper than ever.

Give yourself ninety days of disciplined execution and the momentum will be undeniable.

This is how you take control of your life and become unrecognizable.
